SHPS Company LLC was founded in 1993 by VNIIMETMASH specialists who were engaged in the development of technologies, tools and equipment for cold and hot rolling of grinding balls and short solid and hollow bodies of rotation in screw calibers: rollers, axes, pins, rings, bushings and bearing ring blanks.

The company continued to develop in this area for metallurgy, mechanical engineering and construction, focusing on technology:

• hot rolling of grinding balls on ball rolling mills (SHPS);
• cold screw rolling of threads on pipes and rods (tubular screw rods) for injection ground anchor systems, threaded pipes and clamping screws) on two- and three-roll screw rolling mills;
• cold rolling and drawing of precision pipes at cold rolling mills (XPTR) and tubing drawing mills (TVS);
• cold rolling of spikes for pinning boilers, panels and pipes.

We provide an individual approach to our Customers and provide the maximum range of services, such as:

• development and supply of technology for rolling balls and rolls for SHPS mills;
• development and supply of ball rolling mills;
• development and supply of three-roll rolling mills;
• development and supply of HPTR and TBS mills for cold rolling and drawing precision pipes with a diameter of 4-20 mm;
• modernization of existing rolling equipment and supply of spare parts;
• supply of cutting tools, tooling and equipment for the manufacture of ball rolls on CNC machines;
• increasing the productivity of existing SHPS mills through the introduction of low-energy, high-input, monotonous calibrations of the rolls of SHPS mills.

The company has its own production facility:

• rolls of SHPS mills on CNC machines;
• spare parts for SHPS mills;
• cold-rolled tubular screw rods (TVS) for injection soil anchor systems used in construction;
• spikes for pinching pipes and steam boilers;
• parts with a diameter of 50-800 mm on lathes, internal grinding, boring and electric erosion machines.
